- What counts as an admin?
- Anyone on your team who can triage, reply or change statuses. Voters and commenters are never counted.
- Is there a limit on how many people can ask?
- No. Free is limited to one board and three admins, never to how many customers ask or vote.
- Can we bring what they already asked?
- Yes, on every plan, including Free. Import from Upvoty, Canny, CSV, XLSX or a TheyAsked backup: boards, posts, votes, comments and voters, with original dates.
- Where does our data live?
- On Cloudflare’s network: D1 for the database and R2 for files. Export everything as CSV, or as a full backup, at any time.
