Public roadmap

Planned, In progress, Shipped: customers stop asking “is this happening?”.

A public roadmap built from the statuses you already use: Planned, In progress, Shipped. Customers vote on what is next and follow what they care about.

Set it up

  1. Name your statuses

    Rename them freely. The category behind each one (planned, in progress, shipped) decides its column, and moving a request notifies its followers.

    Settings → Statuses

  2. Turn the roadmap on

    The roadmap and changelog are on by default; turn either off if you are not ready to show it.

    Settings → Branding

  3. Put it on your domain

    roadmap.northwind.io with one CNAME record, or a free northwind.theyasked.me.

    Settings → Portal address

    roadmap.northwind.io.  CNAME  domains.theyasked.me.
  4. Open it from your product

    The same roadmap sits in the widget’s Roadmap tab.

    TheyAsked('open', { tab: 'roadmap' });
